Our Story
Meet Maddie Feder
Maddie was born and raised in Loveland, Ohio. At the early age of seven, Maddie began cooking and baking for her friends and family. She was always seen in pictures helping her grandmother with Thanksgiving, Christmas and birthday celebrations. Over the years, family, friends and neighbors have looked forward to her holiday treats. Eventually, Maddie developed a gluten intolerance and started incorporating gluten free products into her repertoire. In 2018, her world was turned upside down when she was hospitalized for 7 months. Maddie was placed on a feeding tube as a result of a condition that left her unable to eat and drink regularly. She now gets all of her nutrition and fluids via TPN which is an IV source of nutrition. She has been diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Dysautonomia, and multiple Immunodeficiencies to name a few. Though she can no longer experience food in the same way, once at home Maddie realized that she could combine her love of baking with her artistic ability and bring joy to others at the same time. Each product is made with love and a genuine desire to make others’ celebrations special. Thus, Maddie’s Bakery was born.
Maddie's Bakery Today
Maddie’s Bakery started in November of 2018. She sells both gluten free and regular products from her home, and accommodates special requests when possible. Maddie makes dozens of decorative delicious cupcakes, cakes, cookies and other baked goods perfect for any occasion.
